It has been 130 days since I did my biometrics for the N-400 application. Every time I check the case status on the USCIS website, it tells me that the application is still under "initial review." Is this normal? And what's the usual wait time between fingerprints and interview? Notes:

I applied in March 2021 (I could've earlier but I recently moved so I had to wait for 90 days for residency requirement). March 2021: Filed N-400 online & a week later - biometric reuse notice. Interview process was very smooth and easy: civics test, English proficiency, additional N-400 questions.

I would like to share my experience with you guys. I submitted my N-400 on 08/06/20, they mailed the notice on 08/26. I was waiting for a biometrics appointment, but they scheduled me a naturalization interview at the filed office instead on 11/20. So that means I don't have to do the biometrics, and will attend the interview in 3 weeks.
